A brochure can describe a Montessori classroom. An hour inside one answers more than any of it. Visits run Tuesday to Friday while classes are in session. Tell us when suits you and we will arrange a time.

What to expect
- About an hourVisits last 60 minutes, with time for your questions.
- Tuesday to FridayVisits from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM happen while classes are in session. Visits at 3:00 and 4:00 PM are a quieter walkthrough after the children have gone home.
- A small groupUp to 2 families at a time, so the room stays calm for the children and you are never in a crowd.
- Who you will meetOur Head of School, Mr. Quainoo, and the teachers in the classroom.
What you will see
- Children choosing their work. A Montessori room does not look like a lesson. Children move between materials, work alone or in twos and threes, and a teacher gives short lessons to one child or a small group.
- The teachers, in two languages. Twelve children to a teacher. You will hear English and Spanish in the same conversation, and you can ask the teacher anything in either.
- The room itself. Hands-on materials on low shelves, the reading corner, the science table with its habitats, and the garden the children tend.
- How children treat each other. Watch how a child asks to join a piece of work, waits for a material, or helps a younger classmate. That is the part no brochure can show.
