Admissions: how to enroll in K-5 at SWREA

Who we serve
K through 5. One family. As many students as you have.
SWREA enrolls students Kindergarten through Fifth Grade. Apply once for each child from the same family portal account, and follow every step there: review, tour, records, decision, enrollment and registration.
Our Founding Class is capped at 24 students, a small, intentional first cohort for K-5. Apply early; seats are awarded on a rolling basis.

What happens after you apply
Three steps. No paperwork tax.

You apply online.
About ten minutes per child. You get a family portal account and can see every step of your application there.
- 2Step 2
We review, you tour.
The office reviews your application, sets up a tour, and asks for a few records (like a recent report card).
- 3Step 3
Decision, enroll, register.
When we offer a seat, you accept it and sign online, then send emergency, pickup and health details. Then welcome to SWREA.
Homeschool families
Asking about Hybrid Learning Days?
Mondays and Thursdays are Hybrid Learning Days, when homeschool students join us in person. We are still setting eligibility and pricing for the hybrid track, so the fastest way to find out where your family fits is to call the office and ask for admissions.
